EBSA Outreach

Early Support. Lasting Change. Bridging the gap between home and school through a trusted adult.

At North Star Learning Hub, we understand that school-related distress can begin long before attendance becomes a concern. Our EBSA Outreach programme provides personalised, relationship-based support for children and young people who are finding it difficult to engage with education.

Working collaboratively with the young person, their family and school, we aim to understand the barriers to engagement, build trust and develop practical strategies that support emotional wellbeing and gradual re-engagement.

Our approach is informed by professional training with an educational psychologist from EBSA Horizons, alongside our experience supporting children and families experiencing EBSA.

We believe children shouldn't have to reach crisis point before receiving support.

We are currently inviting expressions of interest in our free, six-week pilot for primary-aged children and young people in Key Stage 2 & 3.
